Fuelled by a passion for knowledge and a drive to succeed, I embarked on an academic journey, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcasting at CEU Manila. Balancing the rigors of academics with the practical experience gained as a student assistant at Globe Telecom Philippines, I took my first steps into the corporate world, laying the foundation for my future career.
In 2006, encouraged by my sister, a pillar of maternal strength, I took a leap of faith and ventured to Dubai. Armed with determination but lacking a concrete plan, I arrived on June 2nd, 2006, embracing the unknown. Within days, I secured my inaugural role as a Customer Service and Sales Administrator, marking the inception of my professional odyssey.
After a brief hiatus in Singapore, I returned to Dubai in 2011 with renewed determination to forge a meaningful career path. On April 5th, 2011, I joined the Derby Group of Companies as a Business Development Executive—a role that would become my professional sanctuary for nearly thirteen years. Within Derby Group, guided by visionary leaders such as Ashok Kalyanpur, Sanep Keskar, and Francis Fernandes, I found not only professional growth but also a nurturing environment that fostered personal development. Their mentorship empowered me to transcend my comfort zone, igniting a passion for the fashion industry and influencer programs.
Navigating the convergence of professional image and personal authenticity imparted profound lessons in gratitude and self-acceptance. Embracing my true self, unshackled from superficial expectations, became pivotal.
