Kiara Kaur, 8 years old, an inspirational Author and Three times World record holder, has achieved more than most do in a lifetime. As an inspirational author and a three-time world record holder, her story is a testament to curiosity, determination, and the power of familial support.

As a passionate advocate for technology, innovation, and diverse human experiences, I embarked on a transformative journey to create Professionals Unplugged—a platform where diverse voices converge to share stories that inspire, motivate, and uplift. This endeavor stemmed from a deep-seated belief in the profound impact of storytelling and the intrinsic value within each individual's narrative.

In 2008, my family and I made a significant move to Dubai, embarking on a mission to support environmental sustainability in waste management. Driven by the realization of a gap and immense opportunities, we pioneered the First Landfill Gas to Energy Project, registering it with the UNFCCC. This project, a first in the region, garnered numerous awards, highlighting our innovative approach to sustainability. However, we faced ongoing challenges in landfill waste reduction and utilizing landfill gas for power generation.

My journey began with a deep passion for fostering cross-cultural understanding and collaboration in the MENA region, inspired by my own experiences of having lived and worked both within and outside of the MENA region. Originally from Yemen, I grew up in the UK and later moved to several countries, including the UAE, Qatar, France, the USA, Australia, and now Saudi Arabia. With a background in human rights law, I naturally developed skills in communicating effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

I was caught tongue-tied onstage thinking there must have been a mistake—like the Academy Awards mix-up for Best Picture that took place shortly before. It was 2017, yet the shock and disbelief I felt as my name was announced Best Actor for our film "Bhoy Intsik" remains vividly in my memory. It marked the first time my decades-long dedication to theatrical, film, and television roles was validated.

In December 2018, my daughter and I embarked on a journey that would redefine my purpose and set me on a path of empowerment and impact. Venturing beyond the borders of South Africa to Basingstoke, England, opened my eyes to the diversity of our global village, prompting a profound question: How can I extend a helping hand to those in need and amplify my impact on the world?

In a world often marred by challenges and uncertainties, the power of positivity and motivation cannot be overstated. It's like having a guiding light amidst the darkness, helping us navigate through life's twists and turns with resilience and hope.
